Tim Holtz Distress Tiny Blending Tool from Ranger.
Wood-handled applicator with detachable foam sponge pad. Sponge pads are easily changed when changing ink colour, and can be washed in warm soapy water.
To create a smooth blending of ink, dab onto ink pad then rub in light circles onto paper - great for using with dye inks and Distress Inks.
