Stamp and emboss Blossom Background on gloss card with white embossing powder. Using a blending tool, blend Distress Oxide ink over the background. Buff with a tissue to remove ink residue.
Trim and mount panel to white card. Trim a small strip of vellum and fold it around the bottom of the card with the sides folded to the back. Use double sided tape to adhere a strip of black ribbon along the top edge of the vellum.
Mount panel to black card.
Stamp Flower Patch on Copic card and colour in.
Trim and mount this panel over a black panel. Add black photo corners, and mount over background.
Stamp Happy Birthday onto white card and sponge edges. Die cut with circle die. Mount onto black circle, then mount over black ribbon.
