How to re-ink a self inking stamp pad:
Push unit down slightly, remove ink pad, drip some ink onto the pad. Wait until ink had absorbed into the pad before reinserting.
How to re-ink a basic office stamp pad:
Drip some ink over the surface of the pad. Stop when the ink is absorbing into the pad slower. If you have over inked the pad you can blot off excess ink with a tissue.
