Card Sample - Gloss Background with Butterflies

Create background on white gloss card.
Apply Distress Oxide ink to a non stick craft sheet, spray with water, and wipe card in ink. Dry with heat tool. Repeat, using different ink colours, until desired look is achieved.
Using a clean sponge on a Mini Blending Tool, apply Distress Micro Glaze to inked background. Buff with a tissue to remove the chalky oxidised layer.
Cut backgrounds into strips and adhere to white cardstock.
Stamp butterfly onto velllum and emboss with white embossing powder.
Use foam squares to attach butterflies, and embellish with Nuvo White Blizzard.
Stamp Happy Birthday onto background, and emboss with white embossing powder.
