Create background with Distress Oxide  Cracked Pistachio and shimmer powders - we used Teal.
Stamp penguin and colour with Copic markers
Stamp candy cane with Memento Love Letter. Shade edges with Copics. Draw on a highlight with a white gel pen.
Fussy cut penguin and candy cane, cut candy cane in half and arrange behind penguin. Use foam tape to adhere to background.
Finish with Wordies sentiment strip and gold rhinestones.
Embellish eyes with Glossy Accents .
